Building renovation and infrastructure upgrades

The William S. Paley Foundation owns a beautiful but aging 17-story building adjacent to their famed Paley Park.  The building is leased exclusively to other not-for-profit organizations, in support of their missions.

Fradkin & McAlpin is currently undertaking a significant overhaul to upgrade the building's infrastructure, including a new sprinkler system, HVAC, fire alarm, structural work, waterproofing and envelope work, and renovation of common areas.
