Brooklyn Brewery Restaurant

Adapting the Brooklyn Brewery aesthetic for a new space

When Brooklyn Brewery was approached to lease their name for a new restaurant in the Jet Blue terminal expansion at JFK Airport, they asked that Fradkin & McAlpin be brought in to ensure the new space maintained the strong environmental identity of their Williamsburg brewery. In order to translate the effect of the historic industrial warehouse conversion into entirely new materials, FMA utilized the same bold greens and reds seen in the brewroom, steel, and warm wood furnishings. The result space is a fresh take on a old favorite, giving visitors and locals alike one last taste of Brooklyn before their journey.
