Polishing the image of a 500-unit condo development in the Czech Republic
An international entrepreneur wanted to give New York flavor to this complex of high-rise towers and low-rise blocks in a park adjacent to Prague's historic core. Collaborating with the prime architects, Fradkin & McAlpin worked within complicated geometries to design floor plans for the residential units, with a focus on the penthouses, and to hone the look and feel of building façades. We directed the landscape design and site amenities and were charged with the interiors of all the public spaces and site planning for the development's next phase.
